How do I unlock my account?


If you are an attorney, you can unlock your account by clicking the “Forgot/Create Password?” link directly below the password entry box on our website. On the next page, you will set a new password.  Your account will automatically unlock when you finish setting your new password.

Your new password needs to be at least seven characters and include at least one letter and one number. Special characters (such as !@#$%^&*()) are not required but they are allowed. Remember, if you use capital letters when setting your new password, you’ll need to capitalize those same letters anytime you use it.
 
After setting your new password, you’ll be returned to the attorney login box to enter your ARDC # and that new password. You won’t be required to retrieve an email to confirm your new password before using it
