Must all CLE courses or activities be “live” presentations?

Rule 795.
No. Programs presented via these methods count for Illinois MCLE credit if the Board approves the content. Regardless of delivery method, a course must have “interactivity as a key component.” Rule 795(a)(6).

- Live webinar
- Live webcasts
- Telephone or videophone conference call
Recorded-technology:
- Recorded webcast
- DVD
- CD
- Videotape or film
- Audiotape
- Digital audio recording (MP3/MP4 or Podcast)
- Online/on-demand (recorded, available over a computer network)
