How are hourly attendance fees calculated?


The Court’s Fee Schedule  sets course and attendance fees.

Here is the calculation for a course’s attendance fees:
  • Hourly attendance fee set by the Fee Schedule
  • multiplied by
  • the course’s accredited CLE hours then
  • multiplied by
  • the number of attorneys who received Illinois CLE credit

PCAM automatically calculates these fees when the provider enters attendance data after the CLE program. The Fee Schedule  sets the fees for late attendance data entry and late attendance fee payment.

If a provider fails to pay any fee when due, the Board sends an electronic notice to the provider’s contacts in PCAM. Thereafter, the Board may suspend or terminate the provider’s accreditation and/or accreditation of its CLE programs.
